J. Integr. Biomed. Sci. R. is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal committed to advancing research that links fundamental biomedical science with clinical application. The journal publishes original, methodologically robust, and ethically sound studies across biomedical disciplines. All articles are released under the CC BY 4.0 license, enabling authors to retain copyright while securing permissions for any reused third-party material. The journal upholds a transparent and rigorous editorial process encompassing initial quality assessment, double-blind peer review, plagiarism screening, and full disclosure of any AI-assisted contributions. Submissions must meet ICMJE authorship requirements, include detailed CRediT contributor statements, and provide complete ethical approvals and conflict-of-interest declarations. Manuscripts must follow established reporting and formatting standards, including CONSORT, STROBE, PRISMA, and CARE. Accepted manuscripts are assigned a DOI and published online Ahead of Print before inclusion in one of the triannual issues released in April, August, and December. The journal maintains a permanent digital archive and may publish anonymized reviewer reports when author and reviewer permissions are granted. Early usage metrics and an internally developed Citation–Publication Ratio are displayed until formal citation-based indicators become available.
